I can trust them with my text messages because they’d have access to them anyway. I’m okay with iOS and macOS doing this because they’re operating systems. With that said, thinking about it from my own perspective, this would need to involve an application installed on your various devices being given permission to intercept text messages, parse them for a specific kind of data, and then fill that data into web pages. I’m constantly (pleasantly) surprised by what the various teams that work on new features pull off while maintaining 1Password’s strong stance on security and privacy.
